Raw hair can be dyed up to 613 and various other colors, while virgin hair can be bleached to color 27. .However, you must take care as over bleaching can ruin the quailty of your hair. Please seek professional advise.

Our raw hair last up to 5+ years and our virgin hair last up to 3+ years depending on how you take care of it.

You should order your hair 10 days before your fitting so it arrives in good time for your appointment.

If you are new to wigs, you should start off with a closure or a customised closure so you can get used to how to take care of your wigs. Once you are comfortable you can start wearing frontals.

If you have a low hairline it is better to get a 13x6 frontal for a deeper/normal parting whereby a 13x4 is already shorter so once the frontal is placed on your head depending on how low your hairline is your parting will be very short.

Step 1: Use shampoo and use your hands to rake through your hair to deep clean it then rinse it out. Step 2: Fill up 1/4 of a bucket with warm water and conditioner and leave your hair in for 4 hours or more depending on the state of your hair and then rinse it out. Step 3: Air dry your hair. (Try not to blow dry your hair as heat can damage your hair)

We recommend using a HD lace frontal as it blends better giving you that natrual hairline where glue isnt necessary.
