Wigs, bundles and lace systems have a processing and delivery time of 5-10 working days. In some cases, you may receive them even sooner than the estimated time.

Booking a Ready-Made Wig Fitting:

If you plan to book a fitting for a ready-made wig, please keep in mind that your order won't be dispatched immediately. To accommodate processing time, it's recommended to schedule the fitting at least 7 working days from the date you placed your order.
Order Fulfillment Details:

We'd like to emphasize that our ready-made wigs are not ordered in bulk, so it's crucial to allow the specified processing and delivery times to receive your order.

After your item has been dispatched, we'll promptly send you a tracking number via email.

Please be aware that all orders must be signed for upon delivery; otherwise, they will be redirected to your local depot.

Refunds Policy
Ready-Made Wigs/Bundles+Lace System:

Once you have placed your order, you must cancel your order within a 2 hour window to receive a refund; after that, it becomes non-refundable.

Please note that due to the unique nature of our ready-made wigs and hair extension, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in cases where we have acknowledged mistakes made by us.

We cannot accept responsibility for any damages caused by the customer, including damages resulting from over bleaching or dyeing of the wig. We strongly recommend conducting a strand test before using the product extensively.

Refunds for accessories are available under certain conditions:

We accept returns for faulty accessories upon their arrival or within 14 days of initial use.

In the event of a change of mind, we can process a refund within 3 days of the accessory's arrival.
